Easy Administration and Management - All-in-One

  SIA Admin Server centrally manages hotel and hotspot Internet service, including billing service, authentication, user administration and network management. It simplifies the overall operation and allows hotels and hotspot operators to manage the Internet service easily without the need of external service providers.

Wired and Wireless Internet Service

  SIA Admin Server allows hotels and hotspot operators to offer reliable high speed wired and wireless Internet access to their guests and subscribers. Users are able to connect to the Internet,  use VoIP, watch VOD, send and receive emails, and to use VPN to connect to their corporate network effortlessly.

Internet Connections Anywhere within the Hotel/Hotspot

  SIA Admin Server allows hotels and hotspot operators to offer Internet service in all areas within the hotspot location and hotels, including guest rooms, function and conference rooms, restaurants and cafe, swimming pool side area and hotel lobby.

Flexibility in Billing

  SIA Admin Server allows hotels and hotspot operators to set different pricing plans and charging periods. Free accounts can also be generated for VIP users. Billing can be done by generating user accounts (e.g. to print pre-paid cards) or by hotel PMS interface (i.e., allow the charges to appear on guests' folio). Additionally, hotels have the option of including Internet service charges in the cost of rent. Furthermore, hotels and hotspot operators can offer different pricing schemes in different locations within the same hotel or hotspot.

QoS Control

  SIA Admin Server allows hotels and hotspot operators to control the Internet network including defining upload and downloading bandwidth speed, logging usage record, activate or de-active any users, etc.

By-Pass Web Pages

  SIA Admin Server allows hotels and hotspot operators to set a number of web pages to be accessed by users without having to login to the system, such as hotels' homepage, traveling information, etc. Hotels and hotspot operators can also include advertisement in the login page for additional revenue.
